See in VITALIZE context
Interview by DeliveryRank
Vitaly Tennant, Founder of VITALIZE, gives us a glimpse of his life and shares his aspirations to help others achieve his goals of living a healthy and wealthy life.
What is YOUR definition of an entrepreneur in this day and age?
Entrepreneurs replace “can’t” with “how.”
What is your goal – for yourself, and for others?
Observably, I could have retired long ago, and I could have just lived on an island somewhere, eating local foods, and enjoying the joys of life being connected via the internet. And I’ve been to a few islands via my travels, it never sounds like a bad idea. My goal is to live a healthy and wealthy life and to be able to offer the same to others.
Seemingly elusive for the untrained eye, what exactly do you do – and who can benefit from this?
I started out at a young age when I created my first eCommerce website, and even before that, I had a few side hustles where I would help with neighbor’s landscaping by cleaning weeds and getting paid for doing so. My work ethic was defined at a young age.
When I created my first website in 1998, no one really knew what the internet was, and where it would lead. Those around me just went the traditional route of going to school, getting good grades, and then getting a job. I was never the one wanting to be told what to do in that manner, for example, being told to eat lunch and when – what if I’m not hungry?
In any case, I had my fair share of jobs for a few years where I had to work to support myself. I have, however, always worked on my vision, and my business. The dream is free, but the work is sold separately. Mindset is important.
After work, when my coworkers went to party, I worked. On weekends, I worked. I realized early on that we all function within the same currency called time, and we all have 24 hours of it in a day. I outworked everyone I have come in contact with.
What I do is I work smart and I work hard. And I like to share what I have learned so people can utilize my experiences as to what vibes with them. Just take what you want for your betterment. People can follow me.
I understand that following is not an endorsement of everything, and the rent for success is due every day. That is why I created the #vitalizeone hashtag which demonstrates the fact that motivation fades, yet it is needed like food and drink. Understanding that inspiration is lasting. I feel like everyone who is open-minded, and has a sense of adventure can benefit from the VitalyTennant.com brand, and VITALIZE networks.
What, do you believe, is the key to success?
Success depends on the second letter. Focusing more on less is what gets results!
What is VITALIZE?
VITALIZE is and functions within an environment of communities and networks with which it interacts. Vitalize works out of a warehouse that is 230 000 sq ft. so I think we can say I think big. I remember when I had a blog back in 2009 where every Friday I would release ‘one liners’ or sometimes I would call them ‘1 liners’ and the entire blog ended up gaining over 480,000 unique hits, and back then there were no fan pages like there are now, so I used ‘Vitalize’ for first name and ‘One’ for last name fields.
VITALIZE caters to the people who are continually growing, and looking to achieve continuous success. It’s not really the most powerful, strongest, or fittest who survive. That may have been true back in the day, although realistically, it is those who are the most adaptable who survive. Adaptability is key, and now it’s becoming more understood.
The VITALIZE context is all about tangible and intangible services and products. Services and products for a healthy and wealthy life; including digital, enhancements of blockchains, cryptocurrencies, daos, nfts, defi, fintech, metaverses, and web3 alike.
I’ve been in the health and wellness industry for over a decade, marketing and selling products such as Ganoderma which extracts from reishi mushrooms, and marine phytoplankton which came in a form for solar strips, and I plan to utilize the knowledge of supplements, and work along with the alignment of people who do the same to bring valuable products, including services via the VITALIZE brand.
What advice do you have for all the wannabe entrepreneurs out there?
Work on yourself first, not what makes you money or wherewithal, because YOU make your money/wherewithal. Establish your “why”, as in, “why am I doing what I am doing?”, or setting out to do that which is what I’m about to do. Finding the problem, and then beginning to work on the solution is a sure sign of the beginning stages of being an entrepreneur.
Whatever you do, don’t listen to the naysayers. People are reluctant to change and they usually want to harm things they don’t understand. Education comes before entrepreneurship or setting out on a new venture. Because when people say things like “knowledge is power”, they are not entirely correct. “Applied knowledge is power.” And it’s not really about power anyway – It is about being creative with the solutions.
